Ministry Description

After beginning a relationship with Christ through the ministry of Campus Crusade at Stephen F. Austin, Heather and I knew that God wanted to use us to have the same impact on the lives of college students. After we were married on August 15,1998, Heather and I came on staff with Campus Crusade two years later.
We were excited after our initial training, when Campus Crusade placed us back at our alma mater. We have been serving at SFA ever since, and we are now the directors of the ministry.
As a family we are growing at a fast pace. We have a one year old little boy, Caleb Jake, and another child on the way, due in October.
We have been blessed by God and we are thankful for your prayers and your partnership in our ministry.

Here at our summer mission project in Santa Cruz, I have been given the responsibility of sheperding 4 college students from all over the country. Over the course of six weeks, I will do life with them. We will share our faith with the community of Santa Cruz. I will train them on how to give their testimony, how to lead a small group Bible Study, and how to disciple younger men back on their campus to name a few. Please pray for them. God can use anything to reach young people with the gospel, and he is using everylumberjack.com to do just that. This month through a series of advertisements on facebook, which is a website college and high school students spend a great deal of time visiting, we have seen an amazing response.
