As many of you may know, Campus Crusade was involved in an incredible outreach all centered around Super Bowl XLI and the two coaches, Lovie Smith and Tony Dungy. In the weekend edition of USA Today, over the Super Bowl weekend, there was a full page ad with pictures and quotes from Tony and Lovie. It seems like ages ago that we packed our bags and headed to New Orleans to help with the relief work. For us, life has moved forward and that is something we did once, as a service project, to love and bless the people of New Orleans, specifically those in the lower ninth ward.
