Ministry Description
Our Ministry of Reaching Unreached Students
College students have changed. Since more than 50 percent of them come from broken homes, they feel disconnected. More than 57 percent feel skeptical about life, and disillusioned about a fulfilling future. 72 percent of college students say truth is relative, so they will be coasting through life without a moral or ethical foundation. They need a relationship with Christ. This generation of college students is waiting to hear a clear, compassionate and culturally relevant presentation of the gospel. Typically, it is during the college years that students decide what they will live for and for whom they will live. The challenge still remains, who will help these students find Christ on the college campuses today? Toward this end, God has called Diane and I to the ministry of Campus Crusade For Christ. Every day, we are aware of the need to introduce students to Christ. We are as motivated today as we were when we joined this ministry in 1976. We have given our lives to help reach the 60 million college students around the world. Our family presently lives in Orlando, Florida where we serve as members of the National Leadership Team of the Campus Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Tuesday, July 03 2007 @ 9:13 am
