Donald will be administering medical care to the children whom have AIDS / TB / various parasites / all medical diseases.  Most of these children do not have parents,  the HIV / AIDS rate is extremely high.
There are no medical facilities in the region we will be in.  I will be helping with the logistics side and community involvement / assisting the teachers and solidifing a relationship with the children and members of the communities.
These children really need our help our Love and most importantly the wonderful word of God. These children are so open to the word.
