Margaret Gunther Lee

Campus Crusade for Christ has always had a special place in my heart as my Mom became a Christian in college through this ministry. However, it wasn't until my freshman year in college that I was able to be a part of the Lord's work with Campus Crusade on a summer mission project. It was during this summer that I sensed God’s call to go into full-time Christian ministry. Looking back, I can see how the Lord began to prepare for me for this role through my relationship with Him and His word. He also used my upbringing, my struggle with cancer as a teenager, and my involvement with Campus Crusade each summer as a college student to draw me to Himself.

After graduating from Union University in May 2003 with degrees in Psychology and Family Studies, I came on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ.  During my first 3 years, I worked with a great staff team and a lot of energetic college students at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.

In August 2006, I followed the Lord’s leading to work at Campus Crusade's World Headquarters in Orlando, FL.  I absolutely love my job here serving in the Human Resources Department within our Campus Ministry.  My specific role involves serving on the Sending and Recruiting team where I help send hundreds of new staff applicants onto the field.  I also help lead and plan conferences and other events to invite laborers to join the ministry of Campus Crusade.  I am blessed to serve at Crusade’s headquarters where I can be a part of the Lord’s work around the world.
