About Susan and George Mamboleo

George was born to a Christian family in Kenya, East Africa. Just as any of the preachers' kids he went to Sunday school and behaved well to please the parents, especially the father. The father is a well-known christian leader in Kenya.

However it was not until 1973 (High school) when I made a personal decision to accept Christ as Lord and Savior of my life. I was excited of his newfound faith and became an itinerary evangelist preaching in school rallies, youth groups and open-air meetings. In 1978 I was involved with "I found it!" a Campaign that was organized by the local Campus Crusade for Christ (LIFE Ministry Kenya). I attended the weekend seminars held by the ministry and was equipped on how to share my faith on one on one.

In 1985 George again was involved in helping organize the Explo'85 a conference organized by Campus Crusade for Christ. After the conference he was challenged to staff but it was not until 1986 when together with Susan joined staff. Before joining staff George worked as High school Headmaster, Accounts officer in the Posts & Telecommunication and Manager in a Christian organization (Every Home Evangelism).

Susan was born to staunch Seventh Day Adventist parents. She attended church faithfully on each Saturday, as it was one way of earning salvation(Sabbath keepig). She strongly believed that salvation is by works and keeping the Sabbath. It was after marriage (1978) that she had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She has worked in a high school as a matron.

George and Susan married in December 18th 1977 and we have four biological children, two daughters and two sons. One adopted daughter with two grand children.
