As overseers of CMM Jorge and Anna Marie are called as church planters, teachers, exhorters and trainers of leaders and believers. We train, impart, encourage, and partner with many ministries, leaders, and pastors in the US and many nations.

Jorge and Anna help in "restoring the foundations" in the lives of ministers, counselors, home group and cell leaders, through counseling, breaking of generational curses, and deliverance. Jorge and Anna Marie host many ministers and missionaries and  believers with refreshing, rest, peace, and fellowship in their home in Charlotte, NC.

Jorge and Anna are “central command” of CMM, leading a team that handles communications and logistics with overseas pastors, missionaries, and government leaders. Jorge oversees spiritual leadership, discipleship training, networking and administration, donor relations, receipts, of the US and foreign fields, conference planning, guest speaker’s series, team leader training, fundraising etc.

Jorge and Anna raise funds for missions work and missionaries overseas and live by faith. They trust God for every provision, small and large.

Jorge has an entrepeneurial background, having started several successful businesses in real estate and on the internet.

Jorge and Anna are involved in communications, strategic prayer directives, building projects, pastoral, church, event planning, ministry school and medical facility oversight. They raise up team leaders and release many into ministry, travel, and intercession for the nations. Thousands have gone to the "Vineyards of the Lord" during their time in ministry in the last ten years.

They supervise accounting and donor relations and interaction with the foreign fields.
Jorge assists churches and pastors in strategic planning, equipping leaders, conducting conferences and missions planning and deployment. Jorge oversees church and Bible school planting projects. Anna is a gifted teacher having taught at conferences in the US, Ghana, and the Philippines.

Jorge and Anna walk by faith and have seen God do wonderful things. They love to collaborate with others as God leads, whether it be in planning seminars and conferences and concerts, to seeing people freed from religiosity and man's traditions. Many have called Jorge a real visionary, mentor, apostolic, prophetic, and a great encourager of men, women and children in more than 20 nations. Their desire is to see individual, community, and national transformation, and for the Kingdom of God to be realized by the whole world.
