We've had a busy last few weeks.� We've been meeting as a staff team (Jeremiah, Lori, Dave Blakkolb) and with our small student leadership team, trying to figure stuff out on campus and have tables up for all the incoming students.� The students moved in on Thursday and start classes tomorrow.� We've had tables up for 3 of the days since then and have about 110 contact cards filled out with 25 Very Positive male contacts and 33 Very Positive female contacts.� We've also given...

We've spent the last month since project ended on the road mostly.� We traveled to CA to see our ministry partners there and family as well.� We've now been home for a week and preparing for the planning meetings which start today!� We're exctited for what God is going to do this year....

One week left of project.� It has been wonderful to have the students here for 3+ weeks so far.� They are a great group of students and each one is being challenged to grow in slightly different ways.� Jeremiah and I are on different "teams" for working with groups of students each week.� I am on the rock climbing team and he is on the mountain biking teams.� We are running programs with the students that address different areas of growth.� Through the various discu...

� It’s kind of crazy here, as it has snowed the last 2 days a bit…only flurries.� But the wind howls at night as we are at the base of Long’s Peak at almost exactly 9,000 ft.� So it’s a good thing we’ve got plenty of layers of clothes to put on.� We’re in a little 2-bedroom cabin/bungalow.� It’s cozy for sure, and I’m thankful for the accommodations, scant as they are.� God takes really good care of us.� We saw s...
