AIM work:
I'm currently working on launching multiple sending unit sites under on multisite system built with Joomla.  You can see the progress at:

I'm also in my spare time working on our new intranet system which will feature our new Personal Placement System (PPS) which will allow for recruiters to dialogue with field members about potential candidates in order to find the best placement for them.  Also field members will be able to post jobs which can be discussed as well.  Down the road I hope to integrate our current AIM Outbound tracking/task management system into the intranet as well.  

And yes when I can squeek in a moment here and there I actually talk to people.

Contemplate Design work:
Planning to revamp www.pbconline.org, my churches website and give it a CMS.
